Guidelines and Procedure for Submitting Paper



Welcome to ICMARS-2011


Please follow Guidelines and Instructions for submitting Paper carefully



  • All Abstracts must be written in English Language only.


  •  Registration form to submit the abstracts must be filled carefully.


  •  The Abstract must be of minimum 500 words, otherwise it will not be accepted. Tables, graphs and images may be included in your abstract.


  •  All Abstract should be submitted electronically via Online abstract submission system.


  •  All attending participants/presenters/coauthors must individually register for the conference to participate.


  •  Upon successful submission, the presenting author will receive an acknowledgement via email.


  • All Abstracts will be reviewed and selected by the scientific committee for oral or poster presentations.


  •  Abstract acceptance or rejection is based on the average marks awarded by reviewers.


  • An individual can submit as many abstracts he/she wants.(But only 5 abstracts from single Mail id, 2 at the time of registration and rest 3 by the link provided in the mail you receive just after the registration)

  •  An individual can present only two papers in the conference with single registration fees.


  • If your abstract is accepted by the review team and you pay the conference registration fee by the specified deadline, your submission will be scheduled in an appropriate session for oral or poster presentation at the conference.


  •  All accepted Abstracts will be published in Souvenir.

  •  The registration fee includes conference material, tea, lunches and dinners.
  •  Registration before 01.10.2011 will get 10% discount.




Selected speakers must agree to the following:

  • Indians Students, Lecturers and Professors will be provided free accommodation and Travel Allowances. This facility will be provided only to those delegates who will deposit their registration fee and send travel plan before  25.10.2011.


  • Boarding and Lodging: The accommodation will be provided in University Guest House, DRDO Guest House and Hotels. After 25.10.2011, no free accommodation will be provided. It will be better for the participants to ask for accommodation along with the registration fees so that the organizers could make proper arrangement.


  • Traveling Expenses: Organizing committee will try to provide traveling expenses to limited number of Indian Professors, Lecturers and students as applicable on the availability of grant for this purpose. Lecturers and Professors are entitled for 3 tier AC and Students are entitled for sleeper class by shortest route. This facility will be provided to those delegates who will send their registration fees and Travel plan before 25.10.2011.


  • Delegates who are interested in On Desk Registrations are requested to fill their Registrations forms and submit before last date of registration. Delegates who will Register On-Desk will not be entitled for Accommodation and Travel Allowances.



Procedure for Submitting Abstract and then Full Paper


  •  Fill in the Registration Form under the Abstract Submission Link and upload your abstracts.


  •  After successful submission user will be notified via Email with User id and Password. 


  •  User will get the notification regarding acceptance and rejection of their abstracts up to 20th October, 2011.


  •  After receiving the acceptance of abstract via E-mail, the user can now proceed to the link Full Paper  Submission by logging in with their User id and Password provided earlier. 


  •  Before Full Paper Submission user have to submit the Calculated Fees by drawing the Demand Draft in favour  of

         “Director, International Centre for Radio Science”, Payable at Jodhpur.

          Send the Demand Draft with full details (Applicant Name , Address, Contact, Name of the Paper etc. ) to us             by Reg. Post/Courier or Hand Delivered at Our

                           International Centre for Radio Science(ICRS)

  • We will activate your authorization to submit Full Paper and notify the same via E-Mail within a week, subject to payment clearance.
